Yes! For the first six weeks of your practice, you'll receive a short (under 15 minutes) video in your personal email inbox every week from our founder supporting you in your microdosing practice. Additionally, we will also offer pop-up events, special members-only gatherings, and more! Requests for 1:1 virtual sessions can be made by emailing [email protected].
As soon as you sign up, you'll receive Sourcing Guidance enabling you to order your microdoses within the United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Your monthly community membership runs month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime - you are welcome to remain part of our community for as long as you wish... many members have been with us for years! You're invited to stay as long as it is beneficial and supportive to you.

We cannot guarantee we'll be able to answer everyone's questions on every live call, but we will cover as much as we can, time permitting!

Our dedicated live coaching calls are held the first Sunday of each month at 10am Pacific time - 1pm Eastern time and the third Sunday of each month at 4pm Pacific time - 7pm Eastern time over Zoom. Additionally, we will occasionally host office hours, pop-up events and special gatherings that are included in your membership at no extra cost.

Many people enjoy journaling and documenting their microdosing journey in writing, photography or other forms of creative expression. You may wish to treat yourself to a special journal, scrapbook or album to accompany your practice.
