Lots!  In addition to our Microdosing for Healing Community offerings, within EMPOWER you receive a weekly live group call exclusively dedicated to your Empower cohort. You will also have access to a professional clinician consultation (optional/additional cost,) special guest experts on the topic of antidepressants and tapering, an optional group retreat (additional cost,) and the peer support of the participants beside you in the EMPOWER Program.

Vetted, high integrity sourcing is included as a gift in the program in the United States only, however sourcing at your cost is available to those participating in Canada, the UK, EU, Australia or New Zealand. As soon as you sign up, you'll receive Sourcing Guidance enabling you to order your microdoses within the United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

We welcome participants who are contemplating tapering off their medications, already in the process of tapering, plan to taper in the future, or who have recently tapered (as you can continue to have withdrawal symptoms well after you've stopped taking your medications.) If you feel most comfortable staying on your prescription drug, you're absolutely welcome to begin microdosing and see how you feel.

The EMPOWER Program runs January, February, March and April 2025, with an optional add-on retreat in May in the Pacific Northwest, USA.

In addition to EMPOWER, you also receive access to our Microdosing for Healing Global Community for one full year, enabling you to continue receiving support and connection with the members of your cohort as well as our guides and global community.

The amount of time it takes to fully taper off your prescriptions will vary person to person and depend on many factors including which medication you are taking, how long you have been taking it, your environment and many other factors. If you would like to receive professional guidance with a licensed pharmacist to assist with your unique tapering protocol, you will be provided with a vetted list of experienced pharmacists you can book a personal confidential consultation with (additional cost.)

The EMPOWER group calls are coaching & guidance oriented, not therapy or counseling.

In between calls you will have access to a community group chat thread where you can give and receive confidential peer to peer support.

EMPOWER calls are 75-90 minutes in length.

The weekly EMPOWER calls are held on Tuesdays at 4PM PST (7PM EST) January, February, March and April 2025.  For privacy and confidentiality, live calls are not recorded unless we have a Guest Expert presenting.

You'll receive the dedicated Zoom link for the EMPOWER Program delivered conveniently to you via email.  Please save it as the link will remain the same for all gatherings.

The cost of your initial microdose series is included in the program as a gift from our cultivators within the USA only.  Those participating outside of the USA (Canada, EU, UK, Australia and New Zealand) will be provided vetted resources to obtain their microdoses at an additional cost.  All participants will be provided with a vetted list of pharmacists if they would like personalized and confidential guidance tapering off their pharmaceutical medication(s.). These consults should be booked directly with the provider, are an additional cost and vary by professional.  Lastly, many people enjoy journaling and documenting their microdosing journey in writing, photography, or other forms of creative expression.  You may wish to treat yourself to a special journal, scrapbook, notebook or album to accompany your practice.
